Abu Dhabi Stock Exchange Index today is at 9635.66 as I write this blog. Most of the stocks are trending higher. ADX index hit all time high of 9748.50 and its gearing up to break the resistance of all time high and I am very positive it will very soon cross 9800 level. Lets Talk Technical
Looking at the chart we can clearly see a defined up trend, after hitting the resistance area of 9748 its just hovering around and getting ready to move up again make a new all time high. ADX Abu Dhabi have got 2 important long term support zone which are marked in the chart above.
- First Support at 9200 zone
- Second Support at 9000 Zone
Yes there are many more support zones near the current price action 9521.28 which is currently holding. Looking at the Crude Oil Price which is also flying higher and surely Abu Dhabi will benefit as its a exporter of OIL which will effect positive for the UAE Economy. Also we can see 20 day moving average is supporting the Index so there are chances market my come down a little to rested this dynamic support (20 EMA) I think ADX Abu Dhabi will fly higher specially ADNOC stocks.
